Abstracts must be between 300 and 500 words in length.
The abstract must be written in English.
Include five keywords.
Any references included in the abstract must follow the APA 7th edition referencing style.
All submissions will undergo peer review.
Accepted abstracts be published in the Symposium Abstract e-book.
Full paper submission is optional. Only authors of accepted abstracts will be eligible to submit full papers through the conference system.
Selected full papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Science and Education Journal.
2. Language Policy
The official language of the conference is English. All submissions, presentations, and official communications must be in English.
3. Plagiarism Policy
The conference organisers maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and academic misconduct.
All submissions should be checked for plagiarism by the authors before submission.
If any submission is found to contain plagiarised content, it will be rejected without review. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the paper will be retracted from the proceedings.
4. Scientific Board and Review Process
The conference uses a double-blind peer-review process.
Submissions are evaluated based on originality, technical soundness, significance, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference scope.
At least one member of the Scientific Board will review each submission based on their field of expertise.
Acceptance decisions will be made based on academic quality, relevance, and originality.
Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection through the Submission Portal.
5. Presentations
Each accepted full paper will be presented either on-site at Ege University or online, depending on the author’s selection during registration.
The presentation format (oral or poster) must be specified during registration.
Presentations will be 10 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
